Request Practice Time - No longer available online
Complete the information below in order to request a practice time for your team on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at the Kansas City Batle Hall. You can request only one timeslot for your team. Complete your 1st preference and 2nd preference. Timeslots will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Practice times will be posted once they are confirmed by NCVF staff. Assigned courts will also be posted at the Bartle Hall entrance as your arrive.

Don't forget to print out and complete your Enrollment Verification/Player Certification Form from your registrar. It is required at check in or your team will not be allowed to participate.
